TERMS AND CONDITIONS/POLICIES

Please read the following policy and terms and conditions carefully before fully engaging in services provided by Koujee Boo Designs:

Turnaround Time:

· Koujee Boo Designs strive to complete your unique design within a reasonable time frame.

· The standard turn around time is 5 days to 2 weeks (excludes weekends and holidays) from the date of receiving all necessary project details and materials.

· Please note that complex projects may require additional time and communication, which will be discussed prior to avoid delays.

Refunds:

· Koujee Boo Designs does not provide refunds for completed unique design projects, unless it’s our error or omission.

I encourage you to fully engage in communication throughout the designs process to ensure your satisfaction with the final project.

Revisions:

· I offer 2 free revisions on the same day as the initial design delivery.

· Any additional revisions, unless an error is requested after 24 hours of the initial design delivery will be subject to a $15 fee per revision.

· It is of importance to provide clear and concise feedback during the revision process to facilitate efficient communication and timely completion of your project.

Changes and Alterations:

· No changes or alterations to the final step will be made after 12 days from the delivery date.

· I recommend reviewing the design thoroughly within the timeframe and communicate any necessary adjustment.

Signature:

· In final revisions and approval of your unique design project you will be required to sign off the completed design. This will be in a form that will be emailed to you with a picture of completed design.

Promotional Use:

· Koujee Boo Designs reserves the rights to showcase completed designs on it website, social media platforms, and other promotional purpose for demonstrating the creative abilities to potential customers.

· If you have concerns about the privacy or confidentiality of your design, please inform me in writing before the design begins.
